Stefan has 20 years of experience in advising M&A transactions and succession situations of medium-sized companies. The first five years of his professional career he worked for a French consulting firm based in Paris. Afterwards he moved to Stuttgart to a German M&A boutique with a focus on medium-sized companies. In 2012, he joined the M&A consultancy of the cooperative financial group, where he initially continued to work in the operational project business. Since 2015, he has been responsible for internal sales to the financial group as well as the VR NachfolgeBeratung service offering in the southern half of the Republic.

Stefan holds a degree in industrial engineering, a Master of Science in agricultural economics and a degree in horticultural engineering. During his studies he spent two years at a French "grande école", ENSA Montpellier.

In his private life he also enjoys supporting growth and change: together with his wife he raises three children and enjoys working in the garden.
